Ruby Red Grapefruit + Rosemary Sour

 

Ingredients:

60ml Ruby Red Grapefruit Gin

15ml Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Simple Syrup

1 Egg White (or Aquafaba for vegan option)

1 Dash Angostora Bitters

Method:

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice

Top cocktail shaker with ice, shake hard!

Double strain to rocks glass with fresh ice

Garnish:

Ruby red grapefruit peel + rosemary sprig

Pro Tip:

Freshly burnt rosemary adds a unique depth of flavour
