Ingredients:

30ml Sundays Melbourne Dry Gin

30ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth

30ml Campari

Method:

Add ingredients to a cocktail tin or chilled mixing glass, top with plenty of fresh ice, stir thoroughly

Strain over fresh block ice in short glass

Garnish with orange peel or for extra brightness an orange wedge
